Job Description: 

The Assembly/Test TD Planning Transformation Lead will provide thought leadership and help drive ATTDP transformation in support of Intel strategy to develop OSAT capabilities.

You will bring in Industry Best in Class Supply Planning practices from OSAT's, defining requirements for our future state capabilities and implementation of a multi-year capability (people, process, and tools) roadmap. This is a trusted leadership position that is integral in setting and implementing ATTD-P capability in support of Intel's IDM2.0 strategy.

As the ATTD Planning Transformation lead, you will be responsible for but not limited to:

  • Serve as a visionary for the ATTD Planning organization bringing in outside-in perspective for Industry Best-In-Class NPI/ENG builds OSAT practices and market intelligence for supply and demand planning (forecast to stock), order management (order to cash), customer engagement (opportunity to order)
  • Knowledge of advanced problem-solving, business process mapping, documenting requirements, and key design decisions
  • Compare Intel's capabilities with Best-In-Class capabilities (people, process, and tools) defining a multi-year prioritized capability roadmap driving our transformational needs to become a leader in the OSAT market
  • Shape the direction and formulate approaches including ATTDP organization key objectives to address critical supply planning challenges and turn ATTDP capability roadmap into action
  • Work with external consultants, internal partners, and senior leaders being a strong ATTD Planning influential voice on the rational for the capabilities needed. Maintain an internal mapping of strategic initiatives and their scope. Identify the critical connection/integration points between initiatives and define the link/impact to ATTDP capability roadmap, helping our operational people grow their overall

supply chain and OSAT acumen.

Qualifications:

Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of combined experience in OSAT planning across areas of Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) and Sales and Operations Execution (S&OE)
  • Minimum 2 years in OSAT Sales and Operations Planning AND OSAT Sales and Operations Execution
  • Demonstrated experience involved in strategic planning transformations/implementations in ERP/Planning systems (SAP, SAP IBP, Blue Yonder, etc.) for Order Management

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Preferably a graduate degree and related study in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations, or System Engineering
  • Sales and Operations Planning and/or Sales and Operations Execution
  • Experience in customer engagement, capacity utilization, and OSAT industry best practices in area of NPI/ENG for capabilities (people, business processes, key decisions, and tools)
  • OSAT demand planning
  • OSAT execution experience

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in

US, California:$112,760.00-$169,240.00

Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience.

Work Model for this Role

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
