Join SATG SC as an Azure Technical Lead! The Azure Technical Lead architects and implements migrations to cloud platforms and manages the adaption process, partnering with business stakeholders. Develops tooling to automate the management of a large cloud ecosystem, designs and delivers well architected cloud solutions based on business requirements.
Other responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Works in collaboration with engineering and development teams to evaluate and identify optimal cloud solutions, applications, hardware, and software to meet the strategic needs of the organization.
Defines best practices around cloud technologies and services in collaboration with IT security.
Helps define solutions for a wide variety of teams.
Analyzes cloud spend and recommends cost optimization opportunities across the function and serves as subject matter expert in internal and external cloudbased projects.
Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Ability to align Azure solutions with organizational goals and provide strategic guidance to support long-term business objectives.
Qualifications:
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
Minimum Qualifications
The candidate must have a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or other Engineering related field and 9+ years of experience -OR- a Master's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or other Engineering related field and 6+ years of experience -OR- a PhD in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or other Engineering related field and 4+ years of experience in:
Designing and implementing complex Cloud solutions, with a focus on Azure.
Azure architecture, services, and best practices for designing scalable, secure, and reliable solutions.
Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Proficiency in using Infrastructure as Code tools like Azure Resource Manager (ARM) templates or Terraform for automating deployment and management of Azure resources.
At least one or more of the following databases: Databricks, MS SQL, Azure, Snowflake
Implementing security best practices for Azure solutions, including identity and access management, encryption, and network security
Planning and executing migrations of on-premises workloads to Azure, including lift-and-shift and re-architecture strategies.

Preferred Qualifications
Semiconductor manufacturing and related concepts
Relevant Azure Cloud certifications, e.g., DP900, AZ900, AZ104, AZ305
Relevant Snowflake certifications, e.g., SnowPro Core, SnowPro Advanced: Architect, SnowPro Advanced: Administrator
Experience in optimizing costs for Azure solutions, including resource allocation, utilization monitoring, and implementing cost-saving measures.
Experience in designing and implementing robust disaster recovery solutions for Azure-based applications.
Familiarity with industry standards, regulations, and compliance requirements, ensuring Azure solutions adhere to these standards.
Ability to lead and mentor teams, providing technical leadership and guidance.
A commitment to staying updated on Azure updates, new features, and industry trends through continuous learning.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in
US, California:$156,410.00-$250,410.00Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience.
Work Model for this Role
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.More Information
