As a Facilities TD Mechanical Technician your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Perform repairs and preventative maintenance on a wide variety of building and facility equipment, fixtures and systems.
• Install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain a wide variety of facility plumbing, mechanical, electrical, heating and cooling systems.
• Conduct preventative maintenance inspections and performs required preventative maintenance duties. Assignments are semi routine in nature.
• Work performed within generally defined parameters.
• Apply some degree of judgment required in resolving nonstandard problems. Normally receives general instructions on most work.

Candidate must be willing to work a compressed work week, night shift schedule. Qualifications:

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Minimum Qualifications:

The candidate must possess at least one of the following:

• Associate's degree in a Mechanical Engineering Technology field or related with 3+ years of experience in Industrial mechanical systems operations and/or vibration analysis.
• Military experience with 3+ years of related work experience in a Mechanical Engineering Technology field or related and in Industrial mechanical systems operations and/or vibration analysis.
• 6+ years of work experience in a Mechanical Engineering Technology field or related and in Industrial mechanical systems operations and/or vibration analysis in lieu of a degree.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working across multiple facilities operations including UPWAWN HVAC PLC and electrical.

Candidate must be willing to work a compressed work week schedule. The schedule will consist of three twelve-hour days in a row followed by a fourth day every other week. Also must be willing to work off shift.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in

US, California:$63,170.00-$91,840.00 (Hourly Role)

Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience.
