CS Central Engineering (CSCE) owns the strategic and systematic development, standardization, implementation, and measurement of key central engineering functions to drive efficiency, reliability, and world class cost optimization to support our global facilities portfolio. The scope of the Central Engineering Organization within Corporate Serviced consists of asset management, cost engineering, enabling growth, and automation.

Advanced Industrial Systems - Industrial Automation team is looking for a creative, innovative, and entrepreneurial Robotics Solution Integrator to take the consultative lead for the technical design and delivery of Intel's CS-AIS Industrial Automation managed Robotics solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to work in one of the world's leading semiconductor manufacturers working with real-world complex systems to help our clients maximize equipment uptime, avoid interruption to production, reduce costs, and make more informed decisions.

As an CS-AIS Robotics Solution Integrator your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Spearhead development of the Robotics vision and technical strategy. Design an end-to-end robotics architecture. Identify and implement robotic opportunities to achieve the lowest cost of ownership to key stakeholders while maintaining reliability.

  • Responsible for defining, developing, and delivering on the robotic project scope overseeing resources allocations, and managing budgets. Oversight of planning, design, reconfiguration, construction, maintenance, and modifications to equipment and facilities systems, as required to support robotic business requirements.

  • Define design criteria, lead scope definition and justification, develop design concepts, and oversee completion of positioning, programming, and detailed design.

  • Work with estimators to ensure costs are captured, and project budgets are met.

  • Improve standards and drive innovative solutions.

  • Collaborate and engage with CS technology groups to understand their needs, establish ROI, and deliver value-add.

  • Validate all proposed solutions with the IIoT and Robotics working group and InfoSec architects.

  • Liaise with key partners, promptly request information, answer their questions, raise risk opportunely, and participate in planning sessions and high-level detail assessments.

Qualifications:

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Position not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's in Robotics engineering, Computer Science, or related field of study with 3+ years of related experience.

  • 2+ years of experience within the manufacturing or facilities environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience with the design and delivery of robotic solutions into the manufacturing or facilities environment 

  • 2 + years experience in any 4 of the following:

  • Experience with the design and delivery of robotic solutions into the manufacturing environment

  • In-depth knowledge of robot programming, simulation, and design

  • Experience with vision systems

  • Knowledge of data communication, network, software application, and web-based architectures.

  • Knowledge of radio technology (LoRa, 5G, WiFi etc.), understanding of communication protocols (MQTT).

  • Experience in cleanroom HVAC, facilities exhaust, chillers, boilers and compressor systems, ultrapure water or wastewater treatment, pumps, valves, flow calculations, vibration analysis and chemical analytical testing.
