This position is a critical new role in our overall ERP transformation supporting three key businesses involved in IDM 2.0; Manufacturing, Technology Development (TD), and Intel Foundry Services (IFS), collectively referred to as TMGF. The TMGF ERP Order to Cash (OTC) Manager will be responsible for a team of BA's and Process Stewards focused on areas such Order Management (Capture, Process, Pricing, Track, Back Order management), Billing, and Rebates, customer master data, data and analytics.

As a Manager you will lead a team employees, setting priorities, getting results across boundaries, ensuring an inclusive work environment, developing employees, and managing performance. In this role you will partner across TMGF, IT, Supply Chain, Finance, Accounts Payable, Tax and Trade. Skills needed:

  • Proven experience leading people/teams driving requirements scoping, analysis and planning including interdependencies, staffing constraints and schedule optimization across the team.
  • Use Order Management related knowledge, people and project management skills, to drive the successful implementation of OTC for TMGF.
  • Must be able to operate in a matrixed environment and develop effective working relationships with key interface organizations and their senior managers to achieve key deliverables.
  • Flexible and strong ability to embrace change in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must have a solid understanding of Intel's strategic initiatives, business strategy, supply chain initiatives to effectively lead the organization.
  • Drives strategy, analysis and planning, interdependencies across multiple teams.
  • Works with the TMGF OTC PM, Global Process Owner, TMGF OTC Tower lead and Deloitte to ensure the team is delivering to defined program milestones and OKR's are prioritized based on the program needs.
  • Exercises thought leadership coaching the team to implement Industry standard order to cash business process and capabilities.
  • Responsible for enabling teams to execute through clear goal setting, facilitating work, maintaining accountability, applying differentiated performance management, and driving team results.
  • Drives results by inspiring people, role modeling Intel values, developing the capabilities of others, and ensuring a productive work environment.

Qualifications:

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Minimum skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Supply Chain, IT concentrations or another related field.
  • 7+ years of proven experience managing and leading teams.
  • 7+ years experience in “Order to Cash” and any related experience.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in business transformation, process improvement, change management and leading a highly matrixed collaborative team
  • Hands-on experience in order to cash and SAP - ERP implementations, process design with a strong demonstration of customer focused process development.
  • Operational side of the business within a Foundry.
  • Knowledge of OTC's domain, industry standard processes, and challenges, including order initiation and management, invoicing and billing, rebates and discounts, customer communication, accounts receivable and payment processing, payment application and reconciliation, order completion, customer master data and financial reporting
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders effectively. (soft skills move to jd and created a behavioral traits)

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in

US, California:$127,260.00-$203,620.00

Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience.

Work Model for this Role

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
