This position is a critical role in our transformation programs to support the evolution of our demand and supply planning processes, systems, and tools for our growing product business segment to support our IAO 2.0 strategy.

The Supply Chain Process Analyst is tasked with the solution design and implementation of enterprise-wide industry standard supply and demand planning processes. This is an Individual contributor role with significant participation in cross-organizational teams to provide critical process inputs across Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Finance, Sales, BU and IT. As a Supply Chain Process Analyst supporting IAO Prodco Forecast to Stock, the primary responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Work with supply chain Business Architects, SMEs, end users, TCM, IT, Test Leads and product managers on L4/L5++ processes/data/ tool design and defining detailed end user solution / data requirements.
  • Prepare and Execute Functional Testing, User Acceptance (UAT) testing and results, including issues and resolutions.
  • Provides inputs to detailed operational process flows, Solution Design Decision, Security Roles, Change Impacts
  • Work with TCM on end user training
  • Cutover and Data Migration: Contribute to the development and execution of the cutover plan, ensuring a smooth transition to new business processes and tools. Monitor and validate data loads during cutover cycles to ensure data accuracy and completeness.

Qualifications:

This is an entry level position and will be compensated accordingly. You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Experience would be obtained through a combination of prior education level classes, and current level school classes, projects, research and relevant previous job and/or internship experience. This Position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship

Minimum Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree completed by summer 2024.

- 3+ months of experience with Excel and PowerBI or any Mapping tools



Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field of study; advance degree preferred.

- 3+ months of experience in any of the below:

  • Collaborative process and information design, modelling
  • Soliciting and capturing end user solution / data requirements
  • Designing and implementing information / data integration and business solutions
  • Knowledge of Demand Forecasting and Planning domain, industry-standard processes, and challenges
  • Delivering best in class software application and business intelligence solutions and integration.
  • Experience playing the BA role as part of the Software Development Life Cycle
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Hands-on experience in Forecast to Stock Blue Yonder and SAP - ERP implementations, and process design with a strong demonstration of customer-focused process development.
  • Familiarity with Industry standard process and tools used to deliver best in class operational performance.
  • Scenario KPI comparison, creating and managing business measures, and other business requirements.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in

US, California:$80,190.00-$120,050.00

Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience.

Work Model for this Role

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
