This position is a critical new role in our overall ERP transformation supporting all product business units and horizontal support teams collectively known as Product Company (or ProdCo/ProdBU).

Position Overview:
As the ProdCo Boundary Application Lead for the Order to Cash (OTC) domain, you will be responsible for leading the team through the boundary application journey. Your role includes monitoring project progress, managing risks and issues, and ensuring alignment with the project plan and external dependencies. Your leadership and expertise will be fundamental in driving a successful SAP S/4 HANA transformation within the OTC domain.

Responsibilities:
As the ProdCo Boundary Application Lead for the OTC domain your key responsibilities will include:

Process Ownership:

  • Own coordination and collaboration across business and IT for key boundary applications that must migrate or integrate effectively with SAP S/4. You will work closely with the Boundary Application program team to understand, communicate and deliver on key deliverables across the OTC domain of boundary apps to ensure risks, dependencies, resources and change impacts are understood.
  • Take accountability for overseeing and ensuring the successful execution of the Boundary Application roadmap for OTC and BMG (Business Management Group), effectively supporting and leading key team members and SME's across BMG and the OTC domain.
  • You are expected to have experience in key Order to Cash process areas such as Order Management, Logistics and Transportation, Returns, Global Trade, Credit/Collections, Revenue and customer master data.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Project planning: Deliverables, dependencies, owners, due dates, links to other related plans (e.g. Deployment Plan, Testing Plan, Development Plan).
  • Progress Monitoring: Manage the Project deliverable reviews and approval processes for boundary applications across the OTC tower and BMG, within stated contractual timeline; recording of Minutes of reviews and related approvals for deliverables.
  • Risk, Issue, Assumption, Dependency (RAID) Log: Manage and meticulously monitor the RAID log, proactively identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks and issues to maintain project momentum.
  • External Dependency Management: Oversee and manage external dependencies, including partnerships and third-party contributions, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Project Plan Validation: Review and validate the project plan, ensuring it accurately reflects the scope, objectives, and timelines of the SAP S/4 HANA transformation project.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Maintain transparent and effective communication channels with project stakeholders, including executives, team members, and external partners.
  • Change Management: Collaborate closely with the change management team to ensure that changes resulting from the transformation are effectively communicated and embraced by all stakeholders.
  • Quality Assurance: Oversee quality assurance efforts, ensuring that project deliverables meet established standards and expectations.
  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and relevant project artifacts. Reporting: Provide regular project status updates and reports to senior management, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and recommendations.
  • Manage escalations: Take accountability for the de-escalation process, coordinate recovery activities, negotiations, and stakeholders' engagement as necessary; seek for support when needed.

Qualifications:

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, information technology, or a related field and 4+ years' experience in project management and/or in order to cash process areas.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree or PMP certification.
  • Proven track record as a project manager in SAP S/4 HANA transformation projects or similar complex initiatives within semiconductor manufacturing.
  • Experience in SAP Sales and Distribution- Order management or a Certification in SAP S/4 Hana (SD).
  • Understanding of Order-to-Cash (OTC) business processes and associated SAP solutions.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in

US, California:$96,030.00-$144,050.00

Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience.

Work Model for this Role

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
