Here is the opportunity to join us in the Network and Edge Group within Intel.

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic candidate to provide administrative support to the Federal and Industrial Solutions or FIS division GM and staff with a critical role keeping the FIS organization connected through informative and effective communications and engagement initiatives.

  • Support key division projects, including business operation process improvements, team building, communications, and more.

  • Work with all Microsoft tools, Intel tools, purchasing, and finance systems. Supports office administration with associated tasks.

  • Manage multiple calendars using sound judgement and business knowledge. Able to recognize conflicts and address in a timely manner, while prioritizing critical meetings

  • Actively collaborate with cross org admin team to support. Cover for fellow admins when needed. Establish and preserve relationships within the Intel admin community, especially within NEX and AZ site.

  • Onboard new members of the team hired internally and externally, with announcements, introductory meetings, and making necessary tools available from day one.

  • Attend and contribute to weekly staff meetings, keeping the team informed of upcoming deadlines, key dates and events, and other information.

  • Take ownership in coordinating activities across the organization; division events, recognitions, conferences, F2Fs, etc. Could include planning and organizing meetings or off-site events, assisting in agenda preparation, and coordinating all logistics, as needed.

  • Create and maintain organizational charts and email distribution lists, ensuring representation and inclusivity.

  • Drive visibility for required training completion to ensure division team members are in compliance with business group and Intel training requirements

  • Work with the Intel admin community plus customer and ecosystem partner company admin counterparts, especially executive level admins, to plan and schedule critical meetings based on deliverables, attendee availability, and varying time zones.

  • Manage division corporate purchasing card purchases.


In addition, this position can provide the opportunity to:

  • Use of tools including social media to provide regular updates to the organization.

  • Creating and establishing informal employee engagement events to help maintain employee connection and morale.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate should exhibit the following preferred qualifications:
Customer service orientation and use judgment and discretion in handling confidential information.
A positive attitude and demonstrate experience in problem solving, decision making, critical thinking, initiative, and independent follow up.
A high degree of professionalism and have advanced written and verbal communication skills.
Prioritize, and meet deadlines. Proactive and follow through on tasks to completion adjusting to peaks, changes, and interruptions with a positive attitude.
Self starter that excels with minimal direction in a fast paced, dynamic environment
Manages sensitive and confidential information discretely.
Anticipates business needs of the teams, and proactively demonstrates solutions and or recommendations to address prior to escalation.

Qualifications:
The successful candidate must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Minimum:

  • The candidate must have high school diploma, GED, or equivalent.

  • 5 + years of related administrative experience.


Preferred:

  • Advanced Microsoft Tool Suite Skills.

  • Working experience with Intel tools preferred: Workday, Requisition Approval Tool, Concur, SharePoint, Teams.

  • Proven examples of strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Requirements listed would be obtained through a combination of industry relevant job experience, internship experiences and or schoolwork, classes, research.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in

US, California:$61,450.00-$92,230.00 (Hourly Role)

Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience.

Work Model for this Role

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
