Intel's recently announced IDM 2.0 strategy includes a plan to significantly expand the manufacturing network, establishing new capacity and skill to meet the accelerating global demand for semiconductors. The Disaggregated Manufacturing Organization (DMO) will play an important role in this strategy, leveraging Intel's Advanced Packaging technology portfolio to deliver leadership products. To enable this ramp, DMO is building an Advanced Packaging manufacturing facility in Malaysia (PGDM: Penang Disaggregated Manufacturing), increasing its investment in this region which has been a critical part of Intel's supply chain for nearly five decades. The IE Technical Program Manager reports to the IE Manager. The IE Technical PM will be responsible for managing LRP/MOR/ programs/projects for the Factory Long Range Capacity Needs. The IE Technical PM will also serve as a primary interface with TMG SP for all capacity requirements (MOR/LRP/Cap Reset/MFPP) and Capacity Change Management POC Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to: � Works with TMGSP/TD/Intel Virtual factories on known and potential changes (MOR, LRP roadmap, etc.) and represents factory considerations/ impacts. � Lead factory strategic capacity forums and cross functional groups to drive risk mitigation, optimization, and pre-positioning. � Prepares MOR/LRP change-management materials and pass down to organization (FM/DM's, IE module-level waterfall to Eng) � Intakes IE response to changes (impacts, requests/exceptions, and commits) and represents back to TMG SP � Analyzing and responding multiple what if scenarios of long range capacity planning � IE POC to Biz Ops and GSEM on capital, PO, capacity inputs, etc � Factory representative for LRP capacity requirements to TMG SP, Intel virtual factories and business partners � For PGDM green field startup, works with cross functional groups to ensure all MT/supporting tools meets factory start-up readiness/ramp: milestones/schedule/ deliverables. � Be able to communicate in a way that is actionable, that is easy to understand, that leads the decision maker to the recommendation. � Building strong relationships with peers across the factory and department, working synergistically in a very dynamic environment. � Working effectively with partner and support groups to ensure effective planning, forecasting, adherence to schedule, risk assessment/mitigation while owning and driving improvements to the business processes and sustaining activities. � Analyze, develop and expanding data lake and reporting, in the format for others to see the data to make quick and accurate decision. Qualifications:

Min Requirements � BS in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Systems Engineering, Software Engineering or related field or equivalent experience, with 4+ years industrial experience in semiconductor � MS in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Systems Engineering, Software Engineering or related field or equivalent experience, with 3+ years industrial experience in semiconductor Preferred Qualifications: � 3+ years of experience in capacity planning role � Experience in both strategic and tactical capacity planning role. � Demonstrated technical leadership and a track record of problem solving with creativity and out-of-box thinking. � Experience with Intel Factory systems � Expertise to effectively communicate to senior management in concise executive summaries to drive site strategies and needs. � Experience in AutoCAD layout will be a plus
