The CSV/Intel Automotive (IA) Business Unit is leading the way to transform the way we move, work, and live by leading the definition, development, and delivery of commercial and consumer solutions across automotive, automated transportation and infrastructure markets like ADAS, Connected Mobility, Software Defined Vehicle. We're a strong, vibrant, and agile global team who is responsible for developing a variety of comprehensive HW and SW solutions for products desired by our customers and markets. Your role as Software Developer as Intern will be to be to support current development team, starting from small tasks, advancing slowly up to applying learned skills and support debug and result analysis, following guided process .

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

• You should be studying for Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering or equivalent.

• Software development basic skills in C/C++.

• Application lifecycle knowledge

• Mathematical and analytical skills.

• Spoken and written English: good skills.

• Familiar with Linux shell scripting, gnu Make, code development in Linux environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in Source Control Management tools (GitHub, Gerrit).

• Attitude in interacting with software development and validation teams and hardware and debug/compile tool development teams.

• Reproduction of sporadic types of issues / failures using various debugging techniques in C/C++, Python, Perl.

• Good problem-solving skills, structured approach to your work.

• Communication skills within team, jumping in to help, eager to learn and develop skills.

This is a Hybrid position with 1 day per week in the office, Galati.

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
