Job Description: 

IT Lab Compute team provides support and services for Intel's products development and validation. As IT Infrastructure and DevOps Engineer you will work as part of the team in Gdansk and focus on support of lab computing environments.

Responsibilities will include:

Collaborate with internal user groups on requirements and solutions
Deploy and maintain lab physical server and client and virtualized environments
Monitor and respond to complex issues and requests
Coordinate downtimes and changes
Ensure security compliance
Contribute to automation and standardization

Qualifications:

Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Minimum Qualifications:
BSc in Computer Science or similar
Solid understanding of computer network and key technologies of IT environments build out
Advanced knowledge and practical experience in deployment and administration of Windows and/or Linux Operating Systems
Interest in automation and related experience
Good level of English for effective verbal and written communication

Preferred Qualifications:
MSc in Computer Science or similar
Scripting / System Programming experience - Bash, Python, or PowerShell
Broad IT infrastructure solutions knowledge e.g. Data Storage, Virtualization, Containers, Configuration Management, Monitoring solutions

In addition, the ideal candidate should also exhibit the following behavioral traits:
