CGAI (Client Graphics and AI Group) is responsible for delivering industry-leading GPU and AI Accelerator intellectual property IP blocks and its software solution. We strive to lead the industry through continuous innovation and world-class engineering. We work closely with partners across Intel and do not let any organizational boundaries get in the way of solving problems.

We are looking for AI Software / Linux Kernel Developer Engineer who will work with a team of highly talented software and hardware engineers and architects to solve complex technical problems. In this position, you will work on open-source device driver development for the Integrated AI accelerator, including upstreaming of kernel patches.

Qualifications:

• A University degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering

• 5+ years of professional experience in Software development/integration/validation, preferably in embedded SW

• Domain knowledge in the areas of Linux kernel, familiarity with Linux distributions such as Ubuntu, Red Hat, SUSE, or others

• Strong collaboration and communication skills

Nice to have:

• Track record of successful upstreaming of Linux kernel patches

• Windows Kernel driver development experience

• Experience working in international teams

• Demonstrated technical seniority

• AI Accelerators / AI concepts knowledge is a plus
