This is a senior Wireless technical leadership position within CCG CPE Wireless Communication Solutions Wireless Test Engineering Team (WTE). We are looking for motivated, passionate and experienced Wireless technical Engineering Manager expert in WiFi, Bluetooth RF architecture, methodology and post silicon test capability BU. Be the technical lead for Intel's wireless development and test technology and automation to enable high volume manufacturing product and test engineering team. Primary responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to:-

i) To define priorities for the team, get results across boundaries, to achieve a complete spectrum of post silicon test capability and methodology for revenue product line.

ii) Lead post silicon ATE test program development envelopment and structure to achieve effective PO and BU during 1st silicon SIH, debug, and functionality especially in WiFi, BT, Analog and Digital; active upfront influence and collaboration closely with global design, architect, and system to integrate effective innovation, test solution and methodology for revenue product line. Require strong technical know-how in wireless architecture, modelling behavior and simulation will be key consideration and requirement.

Qualifications:

The candidate must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying suitable candidates. Experience would be obtained through a combination of prior education level, projects, research, and relevant previous job experience.
Minimum Qualifications:

i) 10 years of experience in a Wireless product engineering role supporting test and product definition and development using leading edge semiconductor technology.

ii) 5 years of expertise in new product introduction supporting bring up, characterization, and debug of new parts.

iii) Excellent English communication, verbal and written, augmented with strong presentation skills.

iv) Ability to lead a high technical performing product test engineering team by attracting, growing, and retaining technical talent and fostering an environment consistent with Intel's cultural values and brand.

v) Able to communicate and influence effectively across multiple levels/global of management to define transformation strategies and lead them through the new idea of post silicon requirement/spec.

vi) Self-motivated and autonomous, able to prioritize and focus on critical tasks with a dedication to quality.

vii) Great connecting, partnering and business development skillsets, ability to pull together the right people and partner with the right teams to land engagements and get results.

viii) Demonstrated strong communication, networking, and stakeholder management skills.

Work Model for this Role

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
