Job Description: 

Manages the overall logistics of one or more categories and owns performance metrics to meet the operational needs of logistics function. Monitors key metrics and implements best practices to ensure that all operational activities adhere to laws, guidelines, and Intel's standard requirements. Reports progress against agreed schedule, scope, cost, and quality constraints to senior leaders on a regular basis. Manages suppliers for the storage or movement of inbound, interplant, and outbound material, equipment, and finished goods. Monitors and benchmarks supplier services against the service level agreement. Guides the suppliers to evolve their service levels in line with Intel requirements. Gathers data on existing processes from partners, stakeholders, customers and analyzes it to discover areas of defects, inefficiencies, or escalations. Tracks and resolves shipping, warehouse, and carrier shipping errors, as well as logistics exceptions. Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to assure the most efficient delivery of products to customers. Utilizes analytical and advanced technology skills to develop logistics solutions that drive Intel's business execution optimally. Builds solid relationships with cross functional teams and logistics service providers, ensuring smooth process flow and collaboration. Manages critical escalations arising in the logistics network such that there is minimal impact on customer service.

Qualifications:

Bachelor or master degree with major of Supply Chain Management, Quality Engineering, Logistics, or related Business degree. 1-2 years work experience in supply chain is preferred. Good data analysis and statistical skills, Excellent verbal and written communication skills Detail-oriented, analytical driven, self-motivated with strong initiative and problem solving skills, pay attention in details, Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects in a fast paced environment.
