As part of the SATG/SPE/DEP group, the Code Samples Engineering (CSE) team helps establish oneAPI as a cross-industry open programming model across all industry and Intel XPU architectures: CPUs, GPUs, FPGAs, and ASICs. We collaborate with oneAPI product management and the development community to deliver code samples that serve as a primary reference for developing high-performance and data-centric applications across diverse architectures.

We are looking for an experienced DevOps engineer to help us deliver a world-class oneAPI code samples repository to our developer ecosystem. Specific responsibilities for this role include but not limited to:

• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for test automation of oneAPI code samples on cloud platforms and standalone infrastructure.
• Optimize the code samples development and release cycle through DevOps and CI/CD.
• Continually evaluate the DevOps landscape and propose process improvements.
• Promote collaboration and communication between oneAPI tools development teams and sample owners.
• Enable internal engineering teams as well as external developer ecosystem to publish code samples.
• Collaborate with Developer Experience team in providing the best code samples experience for our developers.

Qualifications:

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Experience listed below would be obtained through a combination of previous job experiences, internships, and schoolwork/classes.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree with minimum 2 years of experience in DevOps and CI/CD.
Preferred Qualifications:

• Solid knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD principles.
• Proficient in common DevOps tools such as Jenkins, Git, JIRA, and Docker.
• Experience with software development lifecycle.
• Programming skills in C/C++/Python/Linux.
• Knowledge of alternative computing paradigms such as CUDA, graphics, and FPGAs.
• Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence and High-performance computing.

Behavioral traits:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Passion for DevOps principles and best practices.
• Ability and willingness to adapt to emerging technologies and share with peers.
