Job Description: 

• In this position you will be responsible to own critical high volume manufacturing Test equipment and processes that enable mass production.
• Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to recommend and implement modifications for operating the equipment/process to meet safety, quality, productivity and cost indicators goal to support Intel products ramp.
• Partner with respective Technology Development site and other factories counterpart to develop startup readiness and define the critical equipment and process parameters to enable a successful startup and ramp of the factory.
• You will own the execution to deploy Test Program and attend issues on the equipment/process and relevant components of module.
• Perform detail investigation and problem-solving data analysis to ensure equipment tool is up and ready to support production.
• Initiates and owns the continuous improvement of equipment and process for key performance indicators (e.g., safety, quality, cost, productivity, defects, and yield) and works with equipment suppliers as required.
• Align to product roadmap and build plan requirement proactively, work on collateral ordering and tool fungibility qualification across links to support high volume process nodes.
• Able to lead and provide coaching and training to sustaining manufacturing workforce to improve their technical competency.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision and lead a small team of workers to support factory tool and equipment install to meet critical schedule.
• Owns development and optimization of excursion prevention systems for the equipment and process.
• Owns detection of discrepant material or activities of the equipment and process.

Qualifications:

• You should possess a Master or Bachelors degree in Electrical Electronics Computer or Mechatronics Engineering or related field
• Candidate should equip with knowledges and skill set as below
• Minimum 3-5 years working experience in related field required
• Strong in electronic fundamental
• Strong in Data analytic
• Software programming language and scripting is an added advantages
• Self motivated and proactive with strong written and verbal communication skills
• Able to work effectively either independently or in a team
• Extensive knowledge on tool and equipment installation and qualification for Test equipment will be an added advantage
