The Integrated Device Manufacturing 2.0 (IDM 2.0) Acceleration Office (IAO) is creating significant manufacturing expansions and the creation of a foundry to serve internal and external customers, as well as a product group to invent the next generation of silicon products to support AI and the future of compute. This IT SAP Systems Analysis position will report into Warehouse and Inventory Management focuses on, but not limited to designing, configuring, and implementing information systems that are appropriate for users' needs and consistent with the overall design of the organization's information systems architecture including: � Collecting and analyzing information from system users to formulate the scope and objectives of the system. � Preparing flow charts, models, and procedures and conducting feasibility studies to design possible system solutions. � Preparing and maintaining technical documentation to guide system users and to assist with the ongoing operation, maintenance, and development of the system. � Leverages agile methodology to design and configure solutions. � Working closely with business to develop required training, change management and operations process. � Develop use cases, customer scenarios, and/or demos, and plan and coordinate testing of the newly developed or enhanced applications and provide support. � Seek opportunities to automate business process with technology and may provide consultation to users in the area of automated systems. The ideal candidate should exhibit the following behavioral traits: � Strong leadership, communication skills and stakeholder management engaging with diverse stakeholders effectively. � Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement. � Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. � Proven ability to strategic differentiation standardization and improvements and actively question deviations from standard practices. � Experience in supply chain business transformation, process improvement, change management.

Qualifications:

The candidate must have a bachelor's degree in computer engineering, Computer Science or relevant fields with more than 7 years of experience in Supply Chain IT Systems of Inventory and Warehouse Management and Tools. � Advanced knowledge on Inventory and Warehouse Management Biz Process and Tools on SAP ECC and/or S4. � Ability to analyze the Biz process and articulate the To-Be process and translate the Biz process into Technical Requirements � Very good knowledge on Agile Methodology of Software Development � Basic knowledge of SaFE methodology. � Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) certification is preferred. � Needed skill set in SAP ECC/S4 for Inventory and Warehouse Management module. � Material Management module.
