Job Description: 

Drives the development of business processesrelated solutions for internal clients and business units. Defines needs, determines the strategy and plans for delivery of the project which modifies or creates a new internal process or function for efficiency and effectiveness. Analyzes business needs and designs business process flows in collaboration with the stakeholders, participating in areas such as, but not limited to documentation of business process diagrams, flowcharts, functional specifications, use cases, and user stories. Validates feasibility of an idea, understands expectations from the solution, conducts design due diligence and evaluates business value and risks based on solution expertise. Drives endtoend business process testing, validation and sign off for complex implementations and provides technical advice on industry standards, design, functionality, user interface specifications and configuration parameters related to supporting technologies and services. Participates in training/adoption, business process change monitoring/management and reporting/ analytics activities. Establishes key performance indicators to evaluate progress, scorecards and dashboards in alignment with the business plans and objectives. Works directly with subject matter experts, vendors and partner organizations to deliver project milestones including requirements gathering, business process mapping, testing, documentation and training within complex technology and business solution programs. Uses technical knowledge and learnings to represent and recommend on behalf of the subject matter expert within the area of project focus.

Qualifications:

Bachelor or Masters in Engineering and /or MBA with 6 to 10 years of experience in Supply Chain IT Systems and Tools. Expert in Supply Chain Domain. Knowledge on Sourcing and Procurement Biz Process and Tools. Knowledge on Supplier Collaboration Biz Process and Tools. Advanced Knowledge in Business to Business(B2B) Communication and Electronic Data Interchange(EDI) Process and Protocols. Advanced Knowlegde on Rosatanett , X12 and EDI/ALE/IDOC standards. Advanced knowledge on Collaboration Tools E2Open - Supply Chain Process Module (SCPM) , Advanced Knowledge in Open Text. Advanced Knowledge in Ariba - Supply Chain Collaboration Module , Ariba Business ntework Module Basic Knowledge on SAP ERP - ECC , S4 HANA , Blue Yonder Basic Knowledge on Databases and Containers like SAP HANA , HADOOP, MSSQL Ability to analyze the Biz process ,FIT/GAP Analysis and articulate the To-Be process and translate the Biz process into Technical Requirements Very good knowledge in IT Analytics /Reporting skill Very good knowledge on Agile Methodology of Software Development Basic knowledge of SaFE methodology. Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) certification is preferred. Organized and facilitated Business Process workshops to define as-is and to-be processes for Procure To Pay processes Prepared user documentation for To-Be processes. Configured Material Management module like Material Master data, Purchasing, Inventory Management Minimum of 5 years of experience in a full cycle implementation as well as in support projects. Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables and projects at the same time Work with the Architect and team to review the design
