Job Description: 

Xe Arch and IP Engineering team is responsible for delivering industry-leading GPU hardware intellectual property (IP) blocks for various market segments. We strive to lead the industry through continuous innovation and world-class engineering. Looking for Experienced SW engineers, where you will work closely with architects, software/hardware engineering, design and simulator experts. If you have the desire and ability to learn quickly and gain new knowledge your potential here is limitless.Performs functional verification of graphics logic components, including 3D graphics, media, and display, to ensure design will meet specification requirements. Defines and develops scalable and reusable IP verification plans, test benches, and architecture for verification environment to ensure coverage to confirm to graphics microarchitecture specifications. Executes verification plans and defines and runs system simulation models to verify the design, analyze power and timing, and uncover bugs. Replicates, root causes, and debugs issues in the presilicon environment. Finds and implements corrective measures to resolve failing tests. Collaborates with GPU architects, RTL developers, and physical design teams to improve verification of complex architectural and microarchitectural features and to meet functional, performance, and power goals. Documents test plans and drives technical reviews of plans and proofs with design and architecture teams. Maintains and improves existing functional verification infrastructure and methodology. Participates in the definition of verification infrastructure and related TFMs needed for functional design verification.

Qualifications:

Candidate must have completed Bachelors/Master in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent with minimum 4 years of experienceFamiliarity C/C++/C languages and Experience in software development using any of these languages.Familiarity with Intel's client platforms and related architecture.Familiarity with Windows device driver development and architecture is nice to have.Willing to read and understand existing C/C++/C source code and scripts.Knowledge of software development and test processes.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Flexible and eager to learn great team player.Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
