This position is for a Platform Validation Lead for Intel's XEON Platform Integration and Validation organization. We are seeking an experienced engineer to drive Validation and System debug efforts. You will be contributing towards the success of key technologies for our Datacenter customers. Your responsibilities will include: 1. Developing and maintaining Intel platform validation process and methodologies. 2. Developing and maintaining platform validation test plans and BKMs for technologies and products. 3. Defining evaluation scope and coverage to meet the quality goal of Intel server products. 4. Drive platform Issues/Bugs towards closure by proactive hands-on work and/or coordination with relevant stakeholders. 5. Leading complex issue debugging, risk assessment, and retrospective analysis. 6. Broad understanding of multiple system areas and improving post silicon test content and providing feedback for future programs. Our team is responsible for End-to-End validation strategy, test content development, debug and execution coordination for Intel's datacenter platform validation. Our team interacts with Scalable and Advanced Performance Xeon server product lines. We work in pre and post Silicon environments (simulation/N-1) and with open/closed chassis systems. You will work with other teams across Intel including hardware and software architects, silicon design and debug teams, and software/firmware organizations. Additional Skills: 1. Qualifications:

An ideally candidate is someone who is passionate about putting new technology into practice in the fastest manner, exploring all possible alternatives for better solution, and pursuing constant improvement on test efficiency and coverage. Candidate must have a bachelor's degree or higher degree in Computer Science, Electrical/ Electronic Engineering or relevant technology with over 10+ years of experience. Must have Skills: 1. Solid understanding of Computer Architecture, Operating Systems, Device Drivers, BIOS/Firmware and Software/System validation fundamentals. 2. For OS domain candidate must have hands on experience on Windows Linux and VMware. 3. Experience in SDLC methodologies, identifying test scenario and test cases, Test planning, assessing bugs and driving them to closure. 4. 10+ years of experience in Manual, Automation testing and good bug triaging skills. 5. Good understanding (and better hands-on development/validation experience) of popular server/PC technologies including UPI, PCI/PCI-E, USB, SAS/SATA, i2C/SMBUS, IPMI, BIOS/EFI, DIMM, Storage, Networking and Virtualization etc. Good have: 1. Python programming, Power BI, Web development and AI/ML concepts.
