Job Description: 

In this job, you will join Intel's development center in Haifa/PTK, which is part of Intel's worldwide development group, in charge of planning and designing a wide range of VLSI products.
The group you will join is in charge of developing the CORE and SOC of Intel's next generation of CPUs with most advanced process technologies. In this role you will take part in all design phases from initial definitions and studies till mass production. The group makes use of state of the art VLSI design tools, while meeting very challenging timelines, quality, low power, area and speed constraints.


As a VLSI Memory HW designer in our team, you will be in charge for design analysis and methodologies of the different types of memory blocks in the processor. The design development will be using Intel's state of the art dedicated tools and most updated industry tools. As part of your role, you will deal with Hardware design challenges such as electrical quality checks, power, performance and area.

Qualifications:

1. Graduate of BSc or higher degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering.

2. Experienced Engineer (+5 years), with VLSI/Circuit design orientation or experience in this field is an added advantage.

3. Familiarity with Spice (Circuit simulation Tool),

Spectre/Virtuoso(Cadence), FineSim (Synopsys), Solido (Siemens) - advantage

3. Strong sense of innovation and self-learning skills.

4. Excellent communication (written and verbal), interpersonal skills and team player.
