As the SerDes System Team Lead, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and guiding the development of SerDes technology within our organization.

You will lead a team of engineers responsible for designing, simulating, and optimizing high-speed data communication interfaces. Your expertise will be crucial in driving innovation, ensuring quality, and meeting project milestones.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Team Leadership:

  • Lead and mentor a team of SerDes engineers, providing guidance, support, and fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

  • Define and manage team goals, performance expectations, and development plans.

2. SerDes Design and Development:

  • Oversee the end-to-end design and development of SerDes systems for high-speed data transmission.

3. Simulation and Testing:

  • Coordinate the design verification process through simulation and testing, ensuring the performance, integrity, and compliance of SerDes components.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with other teams such as hardware, software, and system integration to ensure seamless SerDes integration into our products.

5. Technology Research and Innovation:

  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies and apply this knowledge to enhance the SerDes technology stack.

6. Project Management:

  • Manage project timelines, allocate resources, and track progress to ensure on-time delivery of SerDes solutions.

7. Quality Assurance:

  • Implement quality control measures, methodologies, and best practices to ensure the reliability and robustness of SerDes systems.

8. Documentation:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of designs, specifications, and test results.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.

  • Proven experience in the design and development of high-speed SerDes technology.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

  • Proficiency in industry-standard SerDes design tools and simulation software.

  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong analytical skills.

  • Knowledge of industry standards and compliance requirements for SerDes systems.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
