Intel's Datacenter and AI Solutions (DAIS) organization is a critical part of Intel boarder AI efforts. DAIS responsibility spans data center workloads from generative AI and deep learning to analytics, HPC, and graphics - all of which are intertwined in the future of computing.
DAIS Customer Solutions Engineering (CSE) organization to drive our customer technical engagement. CSE drives design-in, onboarding and architecting solutions for their key care abouts from silicon all the way to systems. We engage with OxM and CSPs, and their customers, to build deep technical knowledge of their AI infrastructure and help drive customer success.
CSE is seeking a person to lead the DAIS Customer Solution Engineering Team in India. This leader will help build a team of Infrastructure and S/W Engineers to support India and APJ customers. This individual will work across DAIS and within Customer Solution Engineering team to ensure we make it easy for customers to adopt our products and solutions.
Specific accountabilities of the role include:
* Partner with SMG team to put technical engagement plan for customers in India and APJ
* Understand customers KPI, key workloads and help position Intel accelerator products to achieve customer desired outcome.
* Gather key inputs from customer and create mechanism to provide inputs to products.

Qualifications:

* +10 years' experience in technical customer engagement in the cloud and / or data center industry
* Understanding of eco-system players - OxM, ISV and partners.
* Ability to build and lead a versatile team to provide L1 business unit support.
* Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
* Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Deep understanding of key AI and datacenter technologies across silicon, system, software
* Ecosystem enabling and/or industry standards development experience preferred.

Work Model for this Role

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
