Job Description: 

Designs and develops Power delivery subsection of GPU board, Product and System design for GPU/AI Accelerator Server platforms. Power deliver engineer is responsible for design and validation of power supply section of the super compute platform validation and reference boards. Responsible to work with power architect, work with PD component vendor and board design team to implement the PD section of the validation and reference boards. Power Delivery engineer is responsible to work across, board, Layout, thermal and mechanical team in order to come up with optimum power solution on board or system level Required Experience � Bachelors/Master/PhD in EE/Power or Analog Electronics or equivalent � 10+ years of design and hands on experience for all types of DC-DC converters and their topologies � In depth knowledge of active and passive components used in PD domain � Hands on with power tree/map preparation, drop/droop analysis, compensation ckts, area and cost estimation, comparison and optimization. � Should have good knowledge of Energy and Power management � Should have good hold on placement and layout techniques as well as schematics � Experience with Voltage regulator simulations and stability analysis is preferable � Should have strong PD and PI validation experience

Qualifications:

Qualifications � Familiarity of tradeoffs between Power/thermal and other design parameters (mechanical, electrical, etc.) � Familiarity with PCIe and OAM form factors � Power DC and AC simulation tools � Familiarity with OAM/OCP Products � Debug of System and board level Power issues Minimum Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field and 5+ years of experience or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field and 3+ years of experience
