Intel's Product Assurance and Security (IPAS) team is chartered with building and maintaining customer trust through unparalleled security, privacy and assurance of Intel products. This team drives security and assurance governance, identifies emerging threats, secures existing products through mitigations, and defines and initiates future security innovations for Intel products.
The Intel Product Security Incident Response Team (PSIRT) is a key component of the IPAS charter and is responsible for managing the identification, assessment and disposition of risks associated with security vulnerabilities affecting Intel products. The team comprised of technically resilient and dynamic individuals that share a passion for product security and are able to operate calmly and systematically under chaotic conditions.
Core job responsibilities include:
As a member of Product Security Outreach and Advocacy team you will work in tandem with peers in technical teams to develop and conduct training across all areas of product security incident response. This position requires a strong technical or security engineering background.
Working across the company you will leverage your organization skills, technical acumen, and strong oral and written communication skills to train Intel personnel on product security incident response core curriculum topics. This position encourages personal and professional growth and development.
Primary responsibilities include:
Devise technical training programs according to organizational requirements
Produce training schedules and classroom agenda
Determine course content according to objectives
Prepare training material (presentations, worksheets etc.)
Execute training sessions, webinars, workshops etc. in groups or individually
Keep and report data on completed courses
Observe and evaluate results of training programs to determine gaps and lessons learned
Determine overall effectiveness of programs and make improvements

Qualifications:
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor degree or equivalent experience in the field
Advanced English level
4+ years of experience in software application development and/or cloud services and 2+ years of experience in the following:
As technical trainer
Designing technical course content
Preferred qualifications:
Preferred Bachelor´s degree or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field
Knowledge of modern training techniques and tools in technical subjects
Certification such as CTT+ (Certified Technical Trainer)
PMP certification and/or Security certifications like CEH, CISSP, GIAC, GCIA, SANS. etc.
