Job Description: 

The Supply Chain Enabling Solutions organization is looking for a Technology Program Manager to lead Procure-to-Pay sourcing transformation programs.

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
- Applies technical background/specialized technology domain knowledge to manage complex projects and/or programs that are directly tied to the development, implementation, or upgrade of technology solutions/services.
- Collaborates across organizations to develop detailed plan(s) and manages all implementation processes including change control process, testing, documentation, training, while ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, resource allocation, and scope.
- Outlines proposals for assigned projects and/or programs including business objectives, technologies, systems, information specifications, timelines, funding, and staffing.
- Develops a comprehensive schedule(s) while monitoring future work to proactively adjust for unforeseen scheduling challenges.
- Reviews the project/program schedule with all relevant stakeholders to make updates as and when required.
- Assesses sub-project dependencies and program constructs by leveraging multiple methodologies (Agile/Waterfall) and develops project/program indicators to manage program health including schedule, quality, and timelines.
-Communicates anomalies clearly by concisely stating the problem and specific impact to the project.

- Identifies tasks, assesses costs, identifies, and assigns specific resources, and communicates expectations to team members.
- Reviews user and technical requirements for completeness and clarity.
- Conducts project/program close out assessment and creates a recommendations report documenting the successful and unsuccessful project/program elements.

- Knowledge of PTP sourcing business processes, governance, and systems

- Passionate for continuous process improvement.
- Communication skills, both formal and informal, are a must.

Qualifications:

Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Minimum Qualifications:
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, IT, Business Administration, or a related field of study; advance degree preferred.
- 10+years of relevant supply chain experience, business analyst, project management and/or ramp management.

- Advanced English level

- Costa Rican unrestricted work permit.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of PTP's domain, industry-standard processes, and challenges.
- High levels of successful executive collaboration with both business and technical partners across enterprise functions
- Experience with waterfall and agile development methodologies

- Experience with creating business process flows/SIPOCs
- Knowledge of Lean principles ( Lean/Six Sigma Certifications a plus)
- Advanced education or ASCM (Association for Supply Chain Management) or equivalent certification in Supply Chain Management

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
