We are looking for an SAP IT System Analyst who is able to apply practical knowledge in the configuration, customization and implementation of SAP ECC (or S/4 Hana) for Material Management solutions. Main responsibilities: - Partner with IT Product Owners to review business requirements and translate them into technical requirements. - Use of technical expertise and business process knowledge to - Provides inputs to the design and performs system configuration for moderately complex solutions that meet requirements and deliver true business value. Maximizing the use of SAP components and ensuring a seamless integration with the broader IT landscape. - Contribute to the definition and delivery of backlog features as part of an Agile Persistent Team and perform system's configuration, working with IT Architects and Developers through the design, build, test and deploy phases. - Ensure the quality of deliverables through efficient testing approaches and leverage automation tools where appropriate. - Identify opportunities for product enhancements and operational efficiencies. - Work with IT Production Support team on incident resolution, acting as Level 3 subject matter experts and leading Problem cases' root cause analysis and resolution. Qualifications:

Qualifications: Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in information technology, Business Computing or related field 3+ Years of experience in configuration, customization and implementation of SAP ECC (or S/4 Hana) for Material Management solutions. 3+ Years of experience with large Supply Chain Enterprise programs or projects. 3+ Years of experience in sourcing and procurement business process and tools (e.g. Purchase Requisitions, Purchase Orders, Approval Lifecycle, Invoice Processing and Payments) Advanced English level Must have permanent-unrestricted right to work in Costa Rica. Preferred Qualifications: 1+ Years of Technical and Functional experience in SAP Ariba (Guided Buying and Spend Management). 1+ Years of working experience on Agile Methodology for Software Development. SAP Certification in related areas: SAP MM or SAP FI or SAP Ariba Basic knowledge of SAFe methodology and experience working with global teams. Intermediate knowledge of SAP FI module and related configurations
