Job Description: 

This position is for a Supply Chain Project Manager in the Global Source to Pay Operations (GSPO) group within the Manufacturing Supply Chain Operations (MSO) organization. The ideal candidate will be dynamic and driven with experience in procure to pay processes and ERP systems and proven experience in delivering procure to pay solutions within the supply chain domain.

The Project Manager will lead the design and implementation of enterprise-wide processes and capabilities utilizing SAP Ariba, E2Open and other supply chain platforms. If you are looking for a role that gives you the opportunity to influence and drive change, then this is the role for you.

The Global Source to Pay Operations Supply Chain Project Manager will be responsible for but not limited to:

- Drive strategy, analysis and planning, interdependencies across multiple business groups.

- Lead requirements scoping, analysis and planning including interdependencies, staffing constraints and schedule optimization.

- Work directly with subject matter experts, Intel IT and partner organizations to deliver project milestones including requirements, design, business process mapping, user acceptance testing, documentation and training within complex environment.

- Responsible for enabling teams to execute through clear goal setting, facilitating work, maintaining accountability, and driving team results.

- Develop materials and communicate design decisions across the organization and working with stakeholders to ensure alignment.

- Deliver value add solutions to GSPO operations in partnership with business subject matter experts to solve complex problems while using effective data analytics to drive the business forward.

- Collaborate across multiple organizations, business partners and stakeholders; ability to operate in an ambiguous environment, ability to think beyond the current boundaries, challenge the status quo structure/functions to make recommendations and drive change.

- Developing change management strategies and communicating change impacts to lead the organization through transformation as a result of new capabilities.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

- Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Computer Science/Information Systems or related field of study.

- 5+ years of experience working in a Project or Program Management role

- Advanced English level

- Costa Rican unrestricted work permit.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Master's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Computer Science/Information Systems or related field of study.

- Demonstrated ability to lead global implementations, with globally dispersed teams.

- Strong presentation skills, comfortable presenting to large and small groups including senior stakeholders.

- Experience in leading business solutions on SAP Ariba, E2Open, ReadSoft or similar supply chain platforms.

- PMP certification

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
