Job Description: 

The Supermicro EMEA SDM is responsible for developing a comprehensive sales plan to grow Intel's business, implementing new technologies, establishing and executing sales enablement programs, and activating marketing campaigns in the market to increase Intel's consumption revenue with Supermicro. The SDM will work closely with Supermicro's sales teams in EMEA to define and build a common framework on how to best accelerate and scale business opportunities.

The work also includes working closely with multiple stakeholders across Sales and Marketing, DCAI, NEX, EMEA Consumption Sales Team, Channel Partners, as well as Supermicro sales to identify sales opportunities, manage sales pipeline and drive the complete sales motion to meet and accelerate milestone, design wins ramp and revenue goals.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • BS or BA Degree in any related field

  • 4-5+ Years of Sales and/or Marketing experience

  • 4-5+ Years of Account and/or Partner Management experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience presenting to and influencing executive leadership

  • Understanding of EMEA market and industry dynamics

  • Strong interpersonal skills, PowerPoint/Excel skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to present strategic marketing/technology topics in front of customers.

  • Ability to take large complex problems and propose solutions.

Work Model for this Role

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
