  • Lead and own overall IFM Supplier Relationship Management at Site with emphasis in Facility Maintenance (Back of the House Scope) .

  • Have full and extensive knowledge of the Contract.

  • Own operational scope development and management, act as a primary point of escalation for CS Site team members and provide support for site level execution by ensuring scope clarity (In scope vs Out of scope, On Demand spends control) is provided, consistency maintained for functional SOPs and SLAs (between Buildings).

  • Supplier Relationship Management.

  • Build a relationship on fairness, transparency, respect and trust.

  • Champion Strategic Supplier Partnership Principles. Track operational and financial contract performance indicators ( hold supplier accountable), review and approve site supplier invoices and compensation claims, exert strategic influence on supplier in areas of their organization design and resource structure deployment.

  • Manage and ensure execution of site level service delivery strategies, support IFM program related site stakeholder communications, robustly challenge customer demands, ensure consistency of processes across the region (smart standardization), manage and act as a gatekeeper for contract changes by jointly owning the CCR process with Supplier Site Lead.

  • Leverage Regional CS IFM Program Manager and Account Partnership Team for issue resolution and contract governance guidance.

  • Own and manage Site level Program Risks and Controls and Supplier Transition Change Management.

  • Audit for compliance to guidelines, policies and processes. Interface with internal compliance teams - legal, tax, accounts payable, security and IA as required.

  • Actively participate and engage in the Regional IFM Program Workgroup.

  • Champion service quality improvement initiatives. Liaise with other regional counterparts to maintain regional global program consistency, learn from and proliferate internal best practices to other sites.

  • Continuously seek and introduce industry best practices for site service enhancements engage with peers from other companies to keep track of market changes and trends.

  • The desired candidate should be able to deal with ambiguity, articulate complex issues in simplistic terms, and drive for management decisions backed with data

  • This is a Position of Trust and candidate should possess high ethical standards and uncompromising integrity

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree with 5 years working experience or Masters with 3 years working experience in areas of Finance, Business Management, Supplier Management, Project Management Facilities, Real Estate or Engineering (mechanical or electrical) background advantages.

  • At least 3 years of experience on Strong Stakeholder Management, Project Management, and Analytical skills.

  • Advanced English level

  • Costa Rican unrestricted work permit.

Work Model for this Role

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
