Job Description: 

The primary responsibilities for this role will include, but are not limited to:

  • Defines roadmaps to meet requirements, goals, and milestones for incoming technology transfer.

  • Defines, establishes, and follow up key deliverables and dependencies from different stakeholders and Factory resources to achieve new products introduction critical milestone timelines and all within budget.

  • Remove project roadblocks and manage risks mitigation plans by defining strategies to meet the schedule. Manage customers engineering samples demand and align those requirements with the Factory readiness activities.

  • Ensure Factory follows the certification process, meeting critical success indicator and change control.

  • Aligns organizational goals with technical vision, formulates technical strategy to deliver leadership solutions, and demonstrates a track record of relentless execution in bringing products and technologies to market.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position.

  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical, Electronic, Electro-Mechanic, Chemical, Materials Engineering or related field.

  • 8+ years of experience working with engineering fundamentals.

  • 8+ years of proven experience on Project Management.

  • Advance English Level.

  • Unrestricted Costa Rican work permit.

Preferred Qualifications:

Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

  • PM certification or equivalent.

  • Development and transfer methodology experience.
