Job Description

The Amazon Change Management Solutions (ACMS) team is seeking a Sr. Change Management Lead who will support the building of the organizational Change Management (OCM) infrastructure at Amazon. This role requires a builder mentality, flexibility and ability to deal with ambiguity with strong business acumen, communication skills, and interpersonal skills. This position reports into the PXT3 - People Experience & Technology Transformation team and will focus on the AMER region (Brazil, Canada, Colombia, Costa Rica, Mexico, and the United States of America).

Key job responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
• Use data and analytics to create a positive change experience and adoption of various types of changes impacting large numbers of employees in a complex organization.
• Design, develop, implement and evaluate change management solutions, manage timelines and adapt plans based on business need
• Build cross functional partnerships with leaders to collaborate and engage stakeholders
• Apply knowledge of change management methodology and practices, technology adoption, strategic communications. Familiarity with technology used to design change management plans, a plus.
• Build internal change management capability across all leadership levels
• Design scalable change management solutions aligned with project outcomes.
• Think strategically and tactically with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Partner with teams to support the development, delivery and execution of communications and training
• Ability to gain “buy-in” and advocacy from senior leadership to support changes and ability to influence without authority.
• End-to-end project management and/or program management.
• Partner with other program managers to set project priorities and milestones and drive delivery.
• Influence design and development of strategic processes.
• Work with managers and business leaders to support critical communication efforts and impact business initiatives.

Basic Qualifications:

- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership

Preferred Qualifications:

- 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
- 5+ years training development and delivery 5+ years project management
- 5+ years consulting and coaching

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $92,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
