The Project Controller is a member of SVHA Group Health Fund team.
ABOUT THE ROLE AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
To achieve private hospital facility targets by educating around contracts from funds.
To maintain contract financial models, contract library and contract databases.
To ensure quality and timeliness of reports and projections of contract financial performance .
To develop tools and provide analysis of data to assist in contract management,revenue optimization and clinical governance.
To act as a conduit between vendor, SVHA IT and Health Fund team to manage the implementation of technology through project management
Strengthening the organisation’s values, its commitment to the principles of Catholic Social Teaching and adherence to the St Vincent’s Health Australia Code of Conduct, through direct role modelling of our values.
EXPERIENCE YOU WILL HAVE:
Demonstrated negotiation, communication, time management and relationship management skills.
Intermediate/Advanced skills in Excel and/or Access, and experience in a Patient Management System would be well regarded.
Pro-active analytical problem-solving skills.
Knowledge and experience of the health industry
Demonstrated ability to take initiative and generate ideas resulting in continuous improvement and innovation
Demonstrated ability to prepare and deliver health funding proposals
Tertiary qualification in healthcare, health services, commerce or equivalent.
