About the Opportunity:
As our customer-focused Property and Infrastructure Administration Coordinator you will provide effective administration of transactions and data to ensure that the asset and maintenance services provided by employees and contractors are performed efficiently, compliantly, on time and cost effectively. This diverse role will suit an organised process driven applicant to provide a strong administrative platform to increase the output and efficiency of the property and infrastructure team.
Reporting to the National Property and Infrastructure Manager, as part of the Corporate Services team, you will be part of a national, progressive healthcare organisation. We are committed to equal employment opportunity, ethical practices, and the principles of cultural diversity.
The successful candidate will be based at our Carseldine Residential Aged Care Facility. The role is a permanent full-time position.
Key responsibilities of the role:
Day to day transaction management of capital expenditure requests, purchase orders, goods receiving and invoice processing
Scheduling Trades and Contractors to perform maintenance and project works, and ensuring that planned works are carried out
Administration support to national Property and infrastructure team and Residential Aged Care facility maintenance teams
Consistent application of policy and procedure and maintenance of project documentation across the national business
Maintaining relationships with Suppliers, Contractors, Trades and various key internal stakeholders
Ongoing review and improvement of processes and systems.

Things that work for us:
Demonstrated experience in construction or property office administration
Demonstrated experience in computerised management systems: finance, maintenance and/or customer relations
Demonstrated experience in an accounts payable environment
Demonstrated customer service experience
Strong communication skills and high attention to detail
Sound Microsoft office (MS Excel, Word, outlook) and business software skills including MS D365 desirable
Excellent time management skills including the ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
Current flu (2023) and COVID-19 vaccination
National Police Certificate (within the last 6 months)
NDIS Worker Screening Check may be a requirement of this role.
