ABOUT THE POSITION:

Join the St Vincent’s Private Hospital Northside team as a Registered Nurse working and sharing your experience in our Cardiac Catheter Lab at our state-of-the-art Chermside location.

We have multiple part time positions of up to 0.8FTE per position for experienced Registered Nurses who have a passion for Cardiac nursing and desire to grow their skill set in our Transition program which will fast track them as specialised Cardiac Cath Lab Registered Nurses.  This will be a Fixed Term Contract for 12 months with the possibility of extension.

ABOUT YOU:
As a Registered Nurse with high standards and experience, you will need to have the following:

  • Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse.
  • Minimum of 12-months recent acute nursing experience in a hospital environment.
  • Cardiac to Cath Lab / Emergency / Perioperative experience is desirable.
  • Current Advanced Life Support Certification.
  • Be a proactive team player.
  • Demonstrated advanced level organisation and communication skills.
  • Flexibility to be rostered over a variety of shifts.
