St Vincent's Hospital Melbourne is seeking a number of passionate and experienced nurses to join the ICU team at St Vincent's Hospital Melbourne.
Working in a dynamic, fast-paced setting, you will be required to use your exceptional clinical skills to efficiently and accurately plan, coordinate and evaluate care needs to ensure high quality care in a rapidly changing environment.
These roles which are available at both full time or part time working arrangements and involve a 24/7 rotating roster, with exposure to a wide critical care patient case mix and rotate through ICU and HDU clinical areas.
Flexible rostering patterns with options of 8hr, 10hr, or 12 hr shifts on offer, with a real focus on work/life balance.
The classification for this position will range between YP3 - YP9 ($69,253 - $92,601 base salary per annum pro rata).
Your Contribution
As an experienced, motivated and passionate Registered Nurse you will bring demonstrated knowledge and commitment to a patient-centred care framework. Your excellent communication, time management and prioritisation skills will allow you to facilitate team outcomes in a multidisciplinary environment. You will be agile and have strong problem solving, conflict resolution and negotiation abilities that will allow you to be adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
You will also have:
Current condition free registration with AHPRA
Post Graduate qualification in Critical Care Nursing with ICU experience.
Current National criminal history check, or willing to obtain
