About the Opportunity:

Are you a Registered Nurse with an interest in quality improvement?

St Vincent’s Care Services Carina is currently seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (Quality) to join our dynamic team and supportive team.  This role has a strong focus on continuing quality improvement activities as well as assisting in providing direct patient contact when required.

Things that work for us:

  • Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Nurse Health Practitioner Regulation Authority (AHPRA)

  • A minimum of four years previous experience in aged care setting

  • Advanced clinical skills and exercises extended autonomy of decision making working closely with managers and other senior clinicians.

  • A good understanding of the new Aged Care Standards

  • A strong understanding of Nursing and Care practices and current Nursing registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency;

  • Ability to maintain collaborative and effective relationships with all multidisciplinary team members;

  • Ability to work flexibly within the business
