About the Opportunity:

We are looking for a special kind of person – a St Vincent’s kind of person. Someone who puts compassion, connection and caring for other people at the heart of everything they do.

As a Receptionist you’ll be part of an experienced, engaged and dedicated team helping to create a welcoming, professional and supportive care experience for the residents of St Vincent’s Care Services Werribee. The working days for this role are Monday to Friday with 60 hours fortnight evenly distributed over the days.

St Vincent’s Care Services Werribee is a contemporary boutique aged care facility, providing a high-quality haven of care within the centrally-located Wyndham Health Precinct. It is an 80 bed facility located 30km south-west of Melbourne's city centre.

Things that work for us:

  • Experience in a similar role.

  • Experience in managing HR systems preferable.

  • High level of customer service skills.

  • Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

  • Ability to follow directives as per care plan.

  • Understanding of Aged Care and resident rights and responsibilities preferable.

  • Current flu and COVID-19 vaccination and National Police Certificate (within the last 6 months).

  • NDIS Worker Screening Check may be a requirement of this role.

  • The working days for this role are Monday to Friday with 60 hours fortnight evenly distributed over the days.
