Our current HCM Workday is getting a complete face lift for the implementation of the new payroll and time and attendance systems, iChris and UKG Pro WFM. As such, this person will play an essential role to achieve the transformation for Workday to ensure the key elements of data can be fully integrated into the new systems.
Reporting to the Program Director and working alongside the Workday Product Manager, you will act as the Workday partner supporting Human Capital Management areas in Workday as well as the end-to-end functionality and configuration of Workday.
The successful applicant can be based in Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane and will benefit from working in a flexible environment which includes a mix of working from home and at our state based corporate office. However, as you will know too well with your project background, high profile projects like this require a true commitment and you will be expected to manage your days and work location to suit.
The position will be offered on a Fixed Term Full-Time arrangement until 30 September 2024 with review for possible extension.

Key responsibilities of the role:
- Supporting HCM areas in Workday including Core Compensation, Advanced Compensation and Talent Management
- Owning the end-to-end functionality of the project including assigning modules and changes in configuration within Workday.
- Successfully resolve, optimise and enhance new and existing Workday Business Processes
- Managing successful integrations within the planning and implementation phases to ensure total solution success
- Identifying and innovatively resolving issues in Workday as it aligns to the project schedule
- Building and maintaining credible professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders

- A suitably qualified professional with a passion for delivering outcomes
- Proven experience in a complex project environment across SaaS, multi enterprise system integration, communications, data management and system support.
- Experience with Workday HRIS in an Application Support or Systems Consultant role (or similar) with hands on configuration experience in Core Compensation, Advanced Compensation and/or Absence Management
- Workday HCM functional knowledge
- Degree in Human Resources, Information Technology or related discipline desirable
- Current 2023 Flu Vaccine and a minimum of two (2) COVID-19 Vaccinations
- National Criminal History Check (within the last 6 months)
