About the role:
This role is responsible for the efficient and effective operation within the JMO Unit of our Medical Workforce Team. The successful applicant will take undertake the administration tasks in areas of recruitment and workforce transactions service, and also rostering and pay matters. This role will provide great learning and development across the whole array of Medical Workforce matters.

Selection Criteria:
1. Personal integrity and demonstrated commitment to the Philosophy, Mission and Values of Mary Aikenhead Ministries and St Vincent’s Health Australia
2.Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or demonstrated experience in recruitment, workforce transactions services and/or rostering and payroll services in a complex, high volume environment.
3.Highly developed communication, interpersonal and customer service skills and the ability to establish and maintain positive stakeholder relationships.
4.Ability to investigate legislation, regulations, policies or procedural guidelines relevant to Medical Workforce activities
5.Demonstrated excellent time management and organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines and respond to rapidly changing priorities in a high volume environment.
6.Excellent attention to detail.
7.Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
8.Demonstrated competency in computer use and relevant software programs including but not limited to Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook), HRIS such as Workday and rostering systems such as Kronos or similar.
