ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are a friendly, and team orientated five theatre complex, specialising in orthopaedics, plastics, opthamology/vitro retinal and oral/facial maxillary surgeries.

Reporting to the NUM of theatre, this part time position is responsible for ensuring the continuity of department management of the orthopaedic theatres. This position is responsible for providing professional leadership and the maintenance of clinical standards and quality care.

ABOUT YOU:

• Authority to practice nursing with AHPRA as Registered Nurse.
• Proven leadership skills
• Experience in orthopaedic surgery is desirable.
• Strong commitment to providing excellent clinical care.
• Commitment to patient-focused care and teamwork.
• Highly developed interpersonal skills and effective problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
