ABOUT YOUR NEW ROLE:
In this rewarding opportunity you will join the St Vincent’s Private Hospital Melbourne (SVPHM) team as a Plumber in our Engineering department working across our Fitzroy / East Melbourne / Kew / Werribee campuses.

This role will be a working 38 hours per week and will be pivotal in providing the maintenance and repair of plant and equipment across all sites.

The successful candidate will work with our qualified and skilled team and will be mentored and supported by our Team Leaders. Whilst employed with us, you will gain extensive hands on experience and form part of our passionate Engineering department where we strive for something greater every day.

ABOUT YOU:
As an outstanding Tradesperson - Plumber, you are a master at plumbing works including repair and maintenance, fault finding, charge outs, new installations, preventative maintenance and routine servicing.
Your skills will include:

• Trade Qualifications (eg. Plumbing, Electrical, A/C, Mechanical, Building).
• Relevant State Licences for the trade (mandatory).
• Practical working knowledge of operation a BMS.
• Plumbers licence.
• Gas-fitting licence.
• CPCPWT 4002A commission & maintain backflow prevention devices.
• License to commission and maintain TMV’s.
• To actively participate in the provision of an on-call after hours (rostered), engineering service to all campuses of SVPHM.
