As a Lifestyle Officer you’ll be part of an experienced, engaged and dedicated team helping to create a welcoming, professional and supportive care experience for the residents of St Vincent’s Care Services Edgecliff.
St Vincent's Care Services Edgecliff is just 4km east of Sydney's city centre. Our small but homey 39 bed facility is located in a tranquil, leafy suburb within walking distance of public transport.
We are looking for someone who can work casually but also Mondays, Tuesday, Wednesdays, and Fridays (10am-4pm) over the next few months.

Things that work for us:
Certificate III or Diploma in Lifestyle and Leisure or diversional therapy (or similar)
Previous relevant experience essential
Experience developing and implementing Leisure programs to aged care residents highly regarded
Ability to update resident documentation & assessments as required
Experience in working with Clinical & HR systems desirable (e.g. Autumn Care; Kronos; Workday)
High level of customer service skills, excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail
Ability to follow directives as per care plan
An ability to work within a multidisciplinary team
Ability to work a variety of days and shifts (including night shift) across the week
Current flu, COVID-19 vaccinations and National Police Certificate
