Job Description:

Position Title: Financial Administration Officer
Employment Type: Maximum Term Full Time (up to 24 months)
Hours per week: 38
Position Grade: Administration Officer Level 6 Year 1/2
Salary: $77,623.75 - $79,458.87 base per annum
Enterprise Agreement: The Named NSW (Non-Declared) Affiliated Health Organisations’ Health Employees Agreement 2019

About the role:
We have an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic team. The Administration Officer is responsible for financial and payroll administration for the St Vincent’s Centre for Applied Medical Research.

About you:
We are seeking a skilled and energetic Administration Officer who possess a passion for person centred care.

Selection Criteria:

  • Personal integrity and demonstrated commitment to the Philosophy, Mission and Values of Mary Aikenhead Ministries.
  • Demonstrated experience in providing financial administrative support to an organization.  
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • High level of oral and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work individually and as part of a team in a busy environment, whilst maintaining a high level of customer focus.
  • Excellent computer skills with previous data entry experience and report generation.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks in a demanding environment.
  • Ability to be flexible and adapt work practices to suit circumstances
