As a reflection of our current needs and planned growth we are very pleased to offer a new opportunity to join our dedicated team as a Manager, Performance Media. The Manager, Performance Media will play a critical role in the development and execution of precision media on behalf of WellNow Urgent Care. This position is a digital native and key driver of the planning and integration of all media (traditional and digital). They will be the owner of all execution of digital/precision/performance media (e.g. SEM, Social, Programmatic Display, OLV, OOH and OTT/CTV), driving alignment across third parties and internal cross-functional groups to deliver flawless execution in these channels.


This key contributor will use marketing, customer and business data to inform insights and hypotheses for how to improve the efficacy of precision media investments. They will collaborate with other marketing leads, brand and communications teams to integrate and execute media initiatives into the overall marketing plan. They will inform the learning agenda for cross channel media investment and optimization at all levels.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Accountable for driving strong results, on-going optimizations, testing new capabilities and cost savings for paid media program.

  • Manage channel strategies in collaboration with internal teams, media partners and agencies.

  • Collaborate across the marketing organization to create transparency and alignment to paid media activity.

  • Drive strategy and analytics around marketing activities across all funnel points.

  • Responsible for the ownership and management of the campaign budget to an expected ROI and achieve/exceed the program demand capture objectives.

  • Lead performance optimization of demand generation/capture across channels based on data-driven insights.

  • Effectively communicate complex analyses through reporting or visualization dashboards (demand funnel, marketing planning and budgeting, marketing ROI, operational efficiency, campaign impact, awareness, events, and strategic KPIs).

  • Deliver quantifiable improvements in ROI and cost per conversion (CPA) across all channels.

  • Provide expertise in ad technologies and keep up to date with new products and features of digital marketing platforms.

  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.

Minimum Job Qualifications:

  • Must have 5+ years experience in online marketing and online/offline media planning and buying.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field (Msc is a plus).

  • Clear understanding of Paid/Earned/Owned media mix

  • Previous work experience in a quantitative marketing role managing strategy and execution on social, search, or other performance-oriented channels.

  • In-platform execution experience setting up campaigns in Facebook ads manager, Google Ads, and Google AdWords.

  • Deep understanding of data or data modeling and able to objectively identify insights for sharing with stakeholders.

  • Exceptional analytical skills to identify opportunities within complex data and where these can be operationalized.

  • Proven track record of building and scaling acquisition campaigns with a strong focus on ROI.

  • Outstanding presentation skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong project management skills.

  • Critical thinker and creative.

Salary: $105,000-120,000/year, DOE, plus up to 10% performance bonus
