As a reflection of our current needs and planned growth we are very pleased to offer a new opportunity to join our dedicated team as a Manager, Social Media.

The Manager, Social Media will be the voice of WellNow via social media from a consumer perspective and employer brand/recruiting standpoint. WellNow’s Manager, Social Media will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies to enhance our digital presence, engage consumers and potential employees in the brand, and drive meaningful interactions across various social media platforms. Expertise in social media management, content creation, and analytics are crucial in helping us achieve our marketing and business objectives.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Manage and lead implementation of social media strategy to ensure alignment with business goals to build and improve reputation dually for employer and consumer brands.

  • Support the evolution of social strategy to one that drives employee & patient engagement, candidate & patient acquisition, advocacy, and improved reputation including emerging technology and best practices.

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, platform updates, and emerging social media channels to ensure we remain innovative and competitive.

  • Identify opportunities to adjust strategy based on changing market factors to further engage with target audiences.

  • Plan & develop a social media campaigns and content calendar for relevant platforms (Facebook, Linked-In, Instagram (to include Stories) and future social platforms

  • Create compelling, engaging, and visually appealing content (text, images, videos, etc.) for our social media channels.

  • Curate user-generated content and collaborate with other teams to gather relevant material for sharing.

  • Maintain a consistent brand voice and tone across all social media platforms.

  • Amplify Clinical thought leadership through social channels to build credibility and reputation.

  • Manage and maintain active profiles on various social media platforms including, but not limited to, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and Threads.

  • Monitor social media accounts, respond to comments, messages, and mentions promptly, and foster a positive online community.

  • Amplify blog posts and other content sources via appropriate social channels to extend syndication and digital footprint.

  • Schedule and publish content at optimal times to maximize reach and engagement.

Minimum Job Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of marketing/communications experience (agency experience a plus) with specific experience in managing the day-to-day operations of social media marketing channels serving employer and consumer brands

  • Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, or relevant field (Msc is a plus).

  • Knowledge of social media management tools (Birdeye, Sprinklr, Sprout etc.)

  • Demonstrated experience with digital analytics platforms and tools, including Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, Twitter Analytics, Glassdoor Enhanced Profile, Indeed Company Profile, LinkedIn Careers Page Administrator, and Microsoft Excel

  • Prior experience in marketing for a national or large regional multi-site retail organization a plus

  • Ability to multi-task, focus on priorities and maintain attention to detail

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Intermediate level of Canva or Adobe Photoshop

Salary: $92,100-108,000 DOE, plus up to 10% performance bonus opportunity
