個人のSales Budgetの達成

自テリトリーの市場分析と課題の抽出、テリトリー戦略の策定

顧客コミュニケーションによるエンゲージメントの向上

多様なコミュニケーションチャネルを駆使した、イロクテイト/オルプロリクス/新製品の適正使用推進

【職務要件】

営業経験3年以上

新薬立ち上げの経験がある

地域基幹病院規模以上の担当経験がある（病診連携に関わる仕事を含む）

学術知識習得に貪欲である

テリトリー分析/戦略立案/実行/振り返りを一つのストーリーとして実践/継続できる

多様なコミュニケーションチャネルを使いこなせる

スピードを担保した業務遂行能力がある

新しい領域、環境にチャレンジすることを楽しんで実行に移せる

自分発信を起点とした、エリアメンバーとのコミュニケーションができる

患者さんを救いたいという強い気持ちと、その視点を持ち合わせている
