Sanofi Consumer Healthcare’s 2024 Commercial MBA Summer Associate Program offers exposure to a fast-paced and collaborative environment. Our MBA Associates work side-by-side with consumer healthcare leaders, providing an opportunity to make an impact in the lives of our consumers. One of the goals of this program is to feed a leadership pipeline of top talent for our team. The Summer Associate Program is a 10-week experience; it is paid; and it will largely be remote with several opportunities to meet our team in Bridgewater, NJ. Role & Responsibilities Summary:

• Complete a summer project focused on brand strategy and analytics to be presented at the end of the summer.

• Assist in strategic leadership for brand, ensuring aligned Where to Play and How to Win choices to drive sustainable sales growth and profitability.

• Learn how to look at category sales and shadow current Associate Brand Managers as they work on sales and consumption forecasts.

• Get familiar with IRI, and learn how to assess the health of the business (HOB)

• Support new product launch readiness.

• Act as the brand champion for social media, eCommerce and point-of sale activation

Role Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university. One year of MBA.

• 3-5 years’ work experience

• Proven ability to operate in a way that is consistent with CHC Play-To-Win Behaviors: Stretch, Take Action, Act for Patients & Customers, Think Sanofi First

• Strong analytical acumen

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Creativity and problem-solving

• Strong interpersonal skills

• Digitally savvy
