岗位职责：
1. 完成绩效指标
2. KOL客户的管理
3. 负责团队日常管理工作及代表的管理、指导、培训及评估；
4. 负责辖区市场信息的收集及竞争对手的分析；
5. 搭建学术平台及建立公司及产品品牌效应
任职要求：
1. 三年以上医药行业工作经验，一年管理经验以上
2. 较强的谈判、沟通能力，良好的人际关系基础或良好的客户群体关系；
3. 具备专业操守，积极的工作和学习心态；
4. 能够自我激励，有团队合作精神，能够领导团队完成销售指标；
5. 具备一定的市场分析及判断能力，良好的客户服务意识。
