Omnichannel Data Hub – Project Manager/Scrum Master 

Reporting directly to Global Data Foundations Product Line Leader, this role will be the Project Manager/Scrum Master for the Diamond Omnichannel Data Hub.

Who You Are: 

You are experienced in Project Management & Scrum Master, employing agile software development project methodology, empowering the team and clearing any potential roadblocks, paving the way for the project success and ensuring quality deliverables, delivered on time and within budget. Responsible for governance, planning, budget management, communication & change management, risk management, compliance, and associated mitigations.

You are a dynamic and interested in challenging the status quo to ensure seamless project delivery, a valued influencer and leader who has contributed to effectively coordinate technical teams of a large healthcare organization. You have a keen eye for improvement opportunities and the demonstrated ability to deliver on these opportunities. 

Key Responsibilities:  

You will ensure projects are effectively developed, integrated and deployed with quality and on time delivery.  

  • Coordinating the activities of project teams (internal and external resources)

  • Identifying, monitoring and managing risks and mitigation plans

  • Establishing and facilitating the governance, leading steering committees, etc.

  • Building and monitoring project KPIs

  • Creating and executing change management plan, including project engagement and communication

  • Managing the project scope (content, cost, planning) & interdependencies

  • Support the Product Owner on refining the product backlog, enabling longer-term work visibility for reporting to delivery and management teams 

  • Identify and manage the risks associated with projects to achieve project success 

  • Create, maintain, and deliver on project and work stream plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing understanding and needs  

  • Foster teamwork, build mutual trust, respect, and cooperation among team members  

  • Assisting with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and project information  

  • Excellent communication skills, with experience in influencing, listening actively and negotiating within a team environment 

  • Outstanding organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a high degree of competency using Scrum 

  • Competency in applying knowledge of business and the marketplace to advance the organization goals 

  • Experience managing multiple product teams and coordinating work across multiple teams and releases 

  • Positive leadership skills, with experience in mentoring a team, problem solving and conflict resolution abilities 

  • Collaborative mindset, with an ability to empathize with colleagues and establish relationships 

  • Thrive in a fast-paced, highly dynamic environment 

  • Broad experience of working in a variety of Agile environments of different maturities.  

  • Ability to influence and lead behavior change 

  • Self-motivated, highly organized, able to work in a collaborative team environment 

Key Requirements:

  • Over 8 Years’ Experience leading large software development projects

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field

  • Deep knowledge of Software development processes and procedures 

  • Experience with Change management for large programs

  • Expertise in Risk management

  • Experience in using Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, etc. 

  • Technical background preferred

  • Preferred: Experience in Data Management, Commercial Operations and/or Lifesciences/ IT Healthcare
